HRT Consultation
Practical, honest fact based peri menopause guidance.
This is a one to one video consultation with HRT Educator Jen Muir. It is a chance for you to discuss your symptoms of peri menopause and how best to manage them. During the session we will:
Discuss any fears or concerns you may have about whether HRT is for you
Explore your options for starting HRT
Develop a bespoke plan of action for you to take away
Receive a written report that you can share with your prescriber

Sometimes just knowing that you’re not alone and chatting with other women who understand what you’re going through can be life-changing.
Come along and join us for a walk in nature with other women going through (peri)menopause and share stories, have a laugh and generally have a happier menopause transition. Walking is one of the easiest and best steps to feeling better, physically, mentally and emotionally.
